As Homebuy Agent for South London, L&Q helps first-time buyers and key workers get their feet on the property ladder in London and the South East through part-buy, part-rent and equity loan schemes part funded by Government HomeBuy grant.

What we do at L&Q:

• Build high quality, affordable homes for general needs, low cost home ownership, intermediate market rent and outright sale
• Build new homes and refurbish old ones
• Run sheltered and supported homes
• Provide accommodation for key workers, like nurses and hospital staff
• Help people on lower incomes buy homes through shared ownership
• Help with community projects through our Neighbourhood Investment teams
• Work with partner organisations to deliver local services to our communities
• Community regeneration
